Tell me where you are going and what matters to you, and I will come back with a short list of hotels actually worth your money, plus what booking them through me gets you.

$99. That is the whole fee for a shortlist. I read your answers first, then send an invoice, and nothing starts until it is paid. And if what you are describing turns out to be a full trip rather than a hotel search, I will say so, and the $99 goes toward JB's Signature Journey instead of being spent twice.

Best way to reach you
Where and when If you are torn between two or three places, put them all down. Narrowing it is part of what you are paying me for.
City, island, region, or a few you are weighing against each other.
How firm are those dates
Optional, but it is often the difference between a nice room and a nice room with a bottle of something waiting in it.
Budget Budget is the single most useful thing you can tell me. It keeps me from sending you places that were never going to work.
Per room, per night, before tax.
Optional. A real number helps me aim properly instead of guessing at the middle of a range.
The hotel itself Pick as many as you like. If none of them sound like you, say so at the bottom and I will work from that.
The kind of place you like to stay
Things it has to have
The things that would make you say no on sight. Be blunt. It saves us both time.
Optional. If you want the stay credited to a program or you are chasing status somewhere, tell me and I will factor it in.

Here is exactly what happens next. I read through your answers properly, and if anything is unclear I will email you before I start rather than guess.

Then I send an invoice for the $99. Nothing begins until that is settled, so there is no surprise on your end.

Once it is paid, you will have your shortlist within two to three business days, usually sooner. It comes as a handful of properties that genuinely fit what you described, the room category I would actually book at each one, what makes each a yes or a no, and the perks that come with booking it through me rather than yourself.
