There's no fixed lead time. Some trips come together in six weeks, others take a year of careful planning. The one rule: for peak dates like holiday weeks, safari season, or cherry blossom season, earlier is always better. The best rooms and guides go first.
Two ways, both transparent: the planning fee listed with each package above, plus commission paid by the hotels and suppliers I book. That comes from their side, not yours. You pay the same rate as booking direct, often with extra perks.
Cancellations follow the policy of each hotel, cruise line, or operator on your itinerary, and I'll flag every deadline before you commit. If you need me to change an existing booking, I ask for 48 to 72 hours' notice so I can rework the details properly.
