No. You pay the same rate you would pay booking direct, and sometimes less. What changes is what comes with the room. Through Virtuoso and Fora partner programs, most stays include breakfast for two, a room upgrade when one is open, a hotel or spa credit, early check-in and late checkout where the property can manage it, and a VIP note on your reservation. A third-party booking site cannot add any of that.

I research the destination, shortlist the hotels, build the day-by-day itinerary, book the rooms and the transfers, arrange the guides and the restaurant tables, and stay reachable while you are on the ground. You get one person who knows the whole trip instead of eight confirmation emails from eight companies.

For custom itinerary design, yes. Multi-country routings, honeymoons, group trips, and safari planning all carry a planning fee that reflects the hours involved. Hotel-only bookings and cruises carry no fee. You see the number before you commit to anything.

You message me. I have rebooked canceled flights the week before a honeymoon and sorted out rooms that were not what the hotel promised. Handling that is part of what you are paying for.

Most trips I plan start around $5,000 per person and move from there with destination, season, and how much of the trip is guided. Safari and Japan sit at the higher end. Europe and the Caribbean often sit below it.
